This program is designed for faith-driven adults, typically between the ages of 28 and 55, who has been wounded by religion but still longs for spiritual connection, personal clarity, and emotional healing. You may struggle carrying silent shame, struggle with your identity, or feel stuck in cycles of fear, perfectionism, or burnout from performance-based faith systems.
